Policies
& Information
- Additional guest policy: room rates are based on double occupancy. For additional guests over two per room, add $20 per guest per night.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival for a refund less $25. 00 fee. If cancellation is made in less then 14 days you may be responsible for the entire stay unless room(s) can be rented.
We do not refund for partial cancellation or early departure.
- Gift certificates and promotions: In order for us to honor promotions and gift certificates issued by Select Registry or any other source, they must be indicated when you book your reservation.
- No children
under 12 years old.
- Only rooms 4, 8 & 10 and Acadia Northeast can accommodate an extra guest as these rooms include a twin daybed. Acadia West and Chauffeur's Cottage Suite A have a sofa bed for an additional guest.
- Sleeping bags and air mattresses are not allowed in guest rooms.
- We do not have rollaway beds, cots or cribs available.
- No pets
allowed.
- No smoking
anywhere in the inn.
- All rates
are subject to state of Maine taxes.
